We’ve always been told how important our physical health is but maintaining good physical health can be challenging, especially in today’s climate where it’s easier to drive or catch public transport than it is to walk or cycle somewhere. It is also easier to stay indoors all day rather than go out and play some form of sport. However, new ways to stay active, play sports and maintain good physical health are constantly being developed and shared. Here in the Physical Health and Sport section, we explore how we maintain good physical health whilst suffering from a health condition or not, new and exciting ways to stay active and participate in sports and how our physical health helps us improve our mental health.
