No matter what the occasion, you really cannot go wrong with a pink glam make up look. Having just had Valentine’s Day and the release of multiple limited edition products, there are now so many pink and red products for you to choose from. So, whether it’s a night out with your girls or a night in with your man, I’ve got you covered!
So to start with, I did the brows first and as you can see, they are very fluffy. I decided to go for a very natural look as I think this is massively on trend at the moment and I did this by outlining the bottom of the brows just by following the natural shape. I then brushed the hair upwards slightly using a spoolie. The product I used is one of my favourites, the ‘Barry M Clear Take A Brow Gel’ and I would definitely recommend this product as it gives a nice defined but natural look to the brows. If you’re like my model and you’re lucky enough to have quite full eyebrows, this would be great for you!
I then started the eyeshadow by using the ‘Revolution Conceal and Fix Concealer’. I applied this with a flat eyeshadow brush and put it all over the lid as a base for my eyeshadow. For this look, I used the ‘EYN Bright Matte 42 Colour Palette’ from Beauty Bay. I absolutely love this product, you get 42 great pigmented colours for £23 and it includes lots of pink and red shades which is perfect for this look.
For my transition colour I used the shade ‘Cosmopolitan’ which is a pale pink shade and I applied this shadow with a fluffy brush just above the crease. I then went in with the shade ‘Make Them Wink’ which is a lot brighter. I applied this in the crease of the eye and blended the shades to give a nice smooth transition. I then used the shade ‘Poppin Poppy’, a gorgeous dark coral pink/ red in the crease to give it more depth; I also blended this out with a fluffy brush. Once it was all blended together, I then started to create the cut crease by using the ‘Revolution Conceal and Fix Concealer’; I applied this on the lid using a flat angled brush. When applying this product, I also dragged the conceal out to create the wing by using the smaller angled part of the brush. This allowed me to have a Sharp point at the end of the wing.
After this, I then went back into the eyeshadow palette and got more of the bright pink shade ‘Make Them Wink’ and I applied this with a smaller pointed brush to create a winged liner look. To do this, I used a small pointed brush to give a more defined sharp winged line. I then used the same eyeshadow shade on the bottom lash line using a fluffy brush making sure it was all blended out.
I really wanted to add some final touches to this look to really make it stand out; it is a glam eye after all. To do this, I applied very long lashes to add a dramatic effect, however I still think they look quite natural. I also used a white highlighter on the inner corner of the eyes to make them pop! Then, as you can see from the pictures, I added three little silver stars which adds that something extra!
