Please keep strong. No matter what you are struggling with it you can find a solution. Everything happens for a reason. Trust me, I know. I’ve been there. Keep your mind clear, seek knowledge, engage in activities that you have never tried before, eat healthy. If you cannot find help in the people around you, they might not be the right kind of people to hang out with. If family is not making you feel safe, leave, never look back, rely on your own forces, trust yourself and keep moving forward. No one knows you better than yourself so stop trying to get to know the world around you for a minute and concentrate on yourself. Have a few days alone, do something that you might enjoy, go for a swim or a run, spend time with yourself and treat yourself with something delicious, something that makes you feel special. Learn to cook it, learn to do something different. Don’t search for help. Throw your phone away, do it yourself, get to know the activity and if you fail the first time, try again. You are beautiful, you are strong, you will find all you are searching for in yourself. Stop thinking you can’t help yourself. Search inside you. Meditate, have a long bath, put on some music, go for a walk.
