Stay alive is a pocket Suicide prevention app that provides useful information and resources to help you and those around you stay safe. Resources include a safety plan, a life box which you can use to store photos that are meaningful or important to you as well information on identifying the signs of suicide in others and practical steps you can take to help. This app was developed by Grassroots Suicide Prevention and is intended as a self-help tool, not as a substitute for professional services

SAM is an easy to use app which offers a variety of self-help methods for individuals who want to help manage anxiety. The app includes tools to help identify triggers that make you anxious as well as what helps to manage these feelings. SAM includes an anxiety tracker which can be used daily to monitor and identify good and bad days as well as immediate practical support if you are in an anxious state. SAM was developed by a university team at the University of West England in Bristol.
