RECIPE
- 100g Butter
- 200g Milk Chocolate
- 4 Eggs
- 250g Caster Sugar
- 100g Plain Flour
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 20g Cocoa Powder
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180c/gas 4
- Line a tin with baking paper
- Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave and then cool to room temperature
- Whisk together the eggs and sugar, making sure they end up light and fluffy
- Spoon the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture and sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix all together
- Optionally, you can now add in chocolate chunks, hazelnuts or any other extra ingredients
- Bake this mixture for 25-30 minutes and then lift the brownie out once it is cool. Split into pieces and enjoy!
